The story of Cashmere Gin is the story of a vision— that of founder Federico Rebuffa, an entrepreneur with deep roots in the hospitality scene of Biella. Born during the quiet introspection imposed by the COVID era, his idea was not just to create another gin, but to distill a liquid tribute to his homeland. The goal was to capture the spirit of Biella— a spirit woven from threads of wool, shaped by pure flowing water, and warmed by brewing mastery.
This project represents the synthesis of over 200 years of Biella’s economic history, encapsulated in a single elegant label.
