Tasting Notes (The Sensory Journey)

Nose: The initial notes are clean and crystalline, a testament to the purity of Lauretana water. Soon, herbal and slightly citrus aromas from Menabrea hops emerge, supported by the classic balsamic notes of juniper.

Palate: The entry is exceptionally smooth and velvety, a direct result of the cashmere infusion. A gentle warmth spreads across the palate, bringing with it the rich and rounded character of double malt beer. It’s enveloping and smooth, unlike any other gin.

Finish: The finish is long and complex. The softness gives way to a pleasant and slightly bitter aftertaste, derived from cashmere keratin and the herbal notes of Thistle flower, leaving a memorable and sophisticated impression.
